Hours:
May 1 to September 30: Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm
October 1 to April 30: Monday and Thursday, 9am to 5pm; Tuesday and Wednesday, 12pm to 5pm

Fees: Please note our new Membership Structure starting 1/1/2013:

Individual/Personal Membership - $30.00 per year
Business/Professional Research Membership: $200.00 per year
Corporate Sponsorship:
- Stocker Level: $500 up to $1000
  *Includes one copy of the Journal of Genealogy and Local History and a listing on Sponsor Recognition page in the journal.
- Blackman Level: Over $1000
  *Includes Stocker Level benefits and an advertisement with your company logo in the journal.

Genealogy Reference Room:

Members: No Charge
Non-Members: $5 per day ($10 starting 1/1/2013)

Photocopies: 25 cents per page
Microfilm Prints: 50 cents per page
Map Copies: $1 each

Photograph Reproduction: Please contact the Historical Society for information on placing a Photo Reproduction order. A shipping/handling fee and a signed Photo Reproduction Agreement form will be required for completion of mailed orders.

Historical Society Members: $25.00 per original photograph
Non-Members: $35.00 per original photograph
Additional prints from one original photograph: $5.00 each

Museum: No charge, members and non-members

Regional map: from Binghamton, NY orScranton, PA

County map: from within Susquehanna County

Street map: once you have arrived in Montrose
